comradicle

organic job discovery

automatically track your favorite companies and job openings.
connecting from abilities to needs, so you don't have to. rest is a right.

learn more

know the moment a job goes live.

comradicle watches the career pages of the companies you pick, around the clock, and matches every new opening against your keywords and cv. no job boards, no stale listings, no daily refresh ritual.

how it works

you choose the companies. it does the watching.

three steps to set up, then it runs on its own.

build your watchlist

add the companies you'd actually say yes to. comradicle finds their career pages and keeps the links tracked — you'll know if one ever goes stale.

teach it what you want

add keywords by hand, or upload your cv and confirm the terms it extracts. matching runs against every new posting automatically.

review matches, not listings

new openings arrive flagged with the exact terms they matched. check a role to start tracking it; archived roles tell you a posting is gone.

features

built for the source, not the aggregator.

many roles appear on a company's own careers page first — or only there. comradicle goes where the jobs actually live.

career-page radar

every tracked company is checked on a schedule. new postings surface as they appear, with first-seen and last-seen timestamps.

cv to keywords

upload your cv and get suggested search terms, each with a reason. confirm the ones that fit — nothing is used without your say-so.

company suggestions

get proposals for companies similar to your watchlist, each with a written rationale. accept one and it's tracked from that moment on.

matches that explain themselves

every matched role shows the exact keywords found in the posting, so you can tell a real fit from a coincidence at a glance.

a job's whole life

roles move from new to active to archived automatically. see what just appeared, what you're pursuing, and what has quietly closed.

your list, your data

a watchlist you own, not a feed an algorithm owns. no recruiter spam, no promoted listings — just the companies you chose.

faq

fair questions.

how is this different from job-board alerts?

job boards only know about jobs that get posted to them. many companies publish roles on their own careers page first — sometimes only there. comradicle monitors those pages directly, so you see openings at the source instead of waiting for them to trickle downstream.

what happens when a career page moves or breaks?

every scrape attempt is tracked. if a page can't be reached or found, it's flagged on your dashboard with a plain-language reason so you know your coverage gap immediately — and comradicle automatically retries on the next scheduled scrape.

do i have to write keywords by hand?

you can, but you don't have to. upload your cv and comradicle suggests terms it finds, with a short reason for each. you review and confirm every suggestion before it's used for matching.

how often are pages checked?

monitoring runs continuously on a schedule, and every posting records when it was first and last seen — so "2 hours ago" on a match really means two hours ago.

your next role is already posted somewhere.

be the first to see it. set up your watchlist in a few minutes and let comradicle take over the refreshing.
